Terms and Conditions of Purchase and Participation in Microcourses and Short-Term Training

1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions govern the process of purchase, registration, access, and cancellation of the microcourses and short-term training programs offered by ESNA SLU c/ de l’aigüeta, 4, 1st floor, Andorra la Vella, NRT-L-702798-B, through its website or other digital channels. By completing a purchase, the user fully accepts these Terms and Conditions.

2. Course Characteristics

The microcourses and training programs offered are short-term activities with limited capacity and are delivered in on-site, online, or hybrid formats, as specified in each course announcement. Due to their limited capacity, the applicable cancellation and refund policies are strict and based on logistical and economic considerations.

3. Purchase and Registration Process

3.1 Payment

Payments may be made using the following systems:

    Virtual POS: payment gateway integrated into the website.

Accepted cards:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard

Registration is considered complete once full payment of the corresponding fee has been confirmed. After the purchase has been completed, the registered participant will receive a confirmation email with the details of the training purchased.

3.2 Information Provided by the User

It is the user’s responsibility to provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete information during the registration process.

4. Cancellation, Refund, and Return Policy

Due to the short duration of the training programs and their limited capacity, the following conditions apply:

4.1 Cancellations Made More Than 15 Days in Advance

If the registered participant cancels more than 15 calendar days before the start date of the training:

  • 100% of the amount paid will be refunded.
4.2 Cancellations Between 15 and 10 Days Before the Training

If the cancellation is made between 15 and 10 calendar days before the start of the training:

  • 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.
4.3 Cancellations Less Than 10 Days Before the Training
  • No refund will be issued, unless there is a duly justified case of force majeure.
4.4 Cancellation by the Organization

The organization may cancel or postpone the training for organizational reasons, insufficient minimum registrations, technical issues, or cases of force majeure. In such cases, the registered participant may choose to:

  • Receive a full refund, or
  • Transfer their registration to a new date or to a similar activity.
4.5 Refund Processing Period
  • Once the cancellation request has been approved and confirmed to comply with the conditions set out in the Cancellation and Refund Policy, the organization will proceed to refund the corresponding amount using the same payment method used for the purchase.
  • The maximum period for the effective processing of the refund shall be 14 calendar days from the date on which the organization confirms in writing (email or equivalent communication) its acceptance of the refund request.
  • This period may be affected by the internal processing times of banking institutions or the POS provider, over which the organization has no direct control, but which shall in no case exceed the legally established limit.

5. Copyright and Intellectual Property

All materials provided as part of the training programs are protected by copyright.

Their reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is not permitted without prior written authorization.

6. Participation Rules

The organization reserves the right to exclude any participant who engages in inappropriate, offensive, or disruptive behavior that interferes with the proper conduct of the training. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

7. Data Protection

Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable regulations and the criteria set out in the Privacy Policy available on the website.

8. Acceptance of the Terms

The purchase and registration for any microcourse imply full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws in force in Andorra.

In the event of any dispute, disagreement, or conflict between the parties, the matter shall be submitted exclusively to the courts of Andorra, to which both parties expressly submit.
